We believe our customers come first! If you would like to exchange or refund your purchased item please reach out to an agent and they will guide you through our process mentioned below.
All products purchased from www.mahedorah.com can be exchanged only if they are received in a damaged condition, wrong size, incorrect article within 3 days of the delivery date, no-questions-asked!
Articles are qualified for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website. Such exchange/ refund claims will not be regarded as valid.
